京都市東山区清水5丁目の京都市東山区総合庁舎。2001年9月竣工。地上4階、地下2階。設計は京都市都市計画局営繕部と大建設計。施工は戸田建設。東山区役所の区民部、福祉部（東山福祉事務所）、保健部（東山保健所）がある。太陽光発電、雨水・井戸水利用などの環境配慮設計が特徴。Adobe Photoshop CSで遠近法を調整した。
