“宝飯（ほい）郡小坂井の東牛久保村ニ有り 初此郷に住で 躬（ミづから）隴畝（ろうほ）に耕し ある時ハ 別國に漂流して 専ら軍學を鍛ふ 又天文地理を暁（さと）し 韜畧（とうりゃく）を諳（そらん）じ 胸中に八陣を蓄（たくはへ） 此牛久保村を蟄（ちつ）す 其頃 甲州の太守武田大膳大夫春信 駕を枉（まげ）てこれを顧る事三度に及び 人を屏して籌（はかりごと）を精好する事日々に密なり 日數（ひかず）僅（はつか）に十五日の間に信州に於て九城を陥す 是皆軍師の計策に據（よる）也 或人（ミなひと）云 和朝の臥龍 明の劉基にも比せんや 其頃名高き竹中 穴山 佐奈田など 此山本勘助が門子とぞ聞（きこ）えし“
