Français : Gobiella closterii (Vampyrella closterii Poisson & Mangenot 1933) Röpstorf et al. 1994. Grande syncytium entourant un jeune kyste de digestion d'un individu congénital et en contact intime avec quatre cellules de sa proie potentielle, Closterium ehrenbergii. Comme dans d'autres vampyrellidés, les attaques finales ne commenceront pas sous l'influence d'un fort éclairage microscopique. Souche provenant d'un étang du Jardin botanique de l'Université de la Ruhr de Bochum, Allemagne. Préparation des bordereaux de couverture, CIVD. Séquence vidéo VHS numérisée, vitesse normale. FOV : 650 µm. |
