One storey listed corner building. Pharmacy and doctors office on its groundfloor. Facade plaque: István Sinka folk poet // Kossuth Prize-winning Hungarian classical lived and worked in Törökbálint between 1945 and 1949. On September 24, 1997, the 100th anniversary of his birth, installed by: Hungarian Writers' Union and World Federation of Hungarians- 9 Munkácsy Mihály Street, Városközpont neighborhood, Törökbálint, Pest County, Hungary.
