Description
English: Movie of the ACE4 aptamer internalization in MCF7 cells over 22 hours. The Fluorescently labeled ACE4 aptamer was incubated with MCF-7 cells before washing and fluorescent time-lapse imaging. The images are a merge of the related red fluorescent and brightfield channels. The elapsed time (in minutes) and scale bar are displayed on the top and bottom right sides of the images, respectively.
