Description

Animation showing the structure of a DNA four-way junction (also known as Holliday junction) taken from the PDB coordinates 467D (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore.do?structureId=467D) The image shows a ribbons-and-stick representation of the atomic coordinates of the structure, and, as a transparency, its molecular surface.
