Description Former Clarence Hotel, 30 and 31 North Street, Brighton, City of Brighton and Hove, England. Built in 1785, extended in 1811 and used as a hotel until 1972, after which it was converted into offices with ground-floor shop units. Listed at Grade II by English Heritage (IoE Code 480941)
