Beschreibung des Wappens:„Das Wappen der Stadt Bad Fallingbostel zeigt im geteilten Schild oben in Rot zwei gekreuzte, nach außen gewendete silberne (weiße) Pferdeköpfe; unten in Silber (Weiß) einen schwarzen Bienenkorb, darunter eine blaue Wellenlinie.“
