Čeština: Vlajka města Martínkov, okres Třebíč, Vysočina kraj.
List tvoří tři svislé pruhy, žlutý, červený a žlutý, v poměru 1:5:1. V červeném pruhu žlutá krokev vycházející z horní třetiny vnitřních stran žlutých pruhů a s vrcholem na středu dolního okraje. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
