Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 Telomeres of KO spermatocytes fail to attach to the NE. 3D reconstruction of squashed Ringo A KO pachytene-like spermatocyte immunolabeled for Sycp3 (red) and Trf1 (green). Trf1 is visible both at the edges of the cell nuclei and inside the nucleus.
