Summary

[edit]
Description
English: A film showing contractions of cultured human skeletal muscle cells exposed to chronic, low-frequency EPS. Cultured human skeletal muscle cells were exposed to chronic, low-frequency EPS (single, bipolar pulses of 2 ms, with 30 V and 1 Hz continuously for the last 24 or 48 h of differentiation period). The observed contractions were synchronous with the electrical pulses.
