English: Supplementary data. Time lapse movie of membrane blebbing in WERI-RB1 cells. RB1 were incubated for 3 h with 100 µg/ml. Recording started 15 min after the irradiation and THPTS and bright field image were recorded every 30 seconds. Arrowheads indicated the blebbing spots an hour after the irradiation. The massive blebbing suggests that THPTS-PDT treated cells were dying by apoptosis. |
