English: Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
Foundation MEMO (mens- en milieuvriendelijk ondernemen, enterprising human and environmentally friendly) devotes itself to small-scale companies as opposites to multinational corporations. Handiwork, craftsmanship and job satisfaction come first in these enterprises, that make products in the field of food, clothing, living and transport. At the MEMO exhibition in the meditation center De Kosmos in Amsterdam small-scale companies show how they work. SHOTS: ext. meditation center De Kosmos; demonstration of different kinds of handiwork at the MEMO exhibition; a baker that bakes bread.
Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.
Stichting MEMO (mens- en milieuvriendelijk ondernemen) zet zich in voor het kleinschalig bedrijfsleven als tegenpool van multinationals. Handwerk, vakmanschap en arbeidsvreugde staan voorop bij deze ondernemingen, die producten leveren op het gebied van voeding, kleding, woning en vervoer. Op de MEMO-beurs in meditatiecentrum De Kosmos te Amsterdam laten kleine bedrijfjes zien hoe zij werken.
