Description
English: Time-lapse of the various kinds of VCC. Macrophages were infected with HIV Gag-iGFP ΔEnv for 5 days. Time-lapse spinning disc confocal microscopy of the GFP fluorescence was recorded at 1 image/50 msec at 37°C in 5% CO2 for 10 sec. Half-empty (“sparse”) compartments exhibit internal movements of Gag+ structures of high velocity.
