English: The expression of DsxM increases emc-GFP expression in an Abd-B mutant background. The genotype of the male pupa is UAS-DsxM/+; emc-GFP MD761-Gal4/Abd-BM1. There is increase of emc-GFP signal in the A7 even though the pupa is mutant for Abd-B. See normal cell divisions and cell movements. See also Figure 6V. |
