Bischofsburg und fürstbischöfliche Residenz, jetzt Kardinal-Döpfner-Haus, dreigeschossige Vierflügelanlage mit Hofarkaden, Erker, Risalit und reichem Fensterschmuck, ab 1314 errichtet, Umbau zum Renaissance-Schloss ab 1519 durch Stephan Rottaler, 1607-22 umgebaut, 1617-21 Hauskapelle im Nordostturm eingerichtet und 1878 verändert; mit Ausstattung; Verbindungsgang zwischen Residenz und Dom durch St. Johannes hindurch, sog. Fürstengang, errichtet wohl von Antonio Riva, 1682; Belvedere 1682; Gitter an der Terrasse vor dem Südflügel in barockisierenden Formen, bez. 1913.
Domberg 29; ehem. Stiftskirche jetzt Kath. Filialkirche St. Johannes, dreischiffige Basilika mit stark eingezogenem polygonalem Chor und dem Fürstengang über dem südlichen Seitenschiff, 1319-21 neu erbaut wohl an der Stelle der ehem. Taufkirche; mit Ausstattung. |
