English: Additional file 3: Movie S1 Time-lapse recording of normal migration of heart cells and alary muscles during dorsal closure. Migration of alary muscles (AMs) and heart cells in a wild type embryo imaged during stages 15 to 17 (dorsal view). AMs are visualized by org-1-SM-RFP (red); cardioblasts, pericardial cells and anteriorly (to the left) the lymph gland are labeled by Hand-GFP (green). Additional Hand-GFP-positive nuclei of the circular visceral musculature are close to the fibers of the longitudinal visceral musculature marked by HLH54F-LVM-RFP (red). Note the continuous close contact between migrating cardioblasts and pericardial cells. |
