Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 In vivo two-photon functional imaging of spontaneous neuronal activity 500 μm below pia without and with AO correction. Two-photon time lapse images of GCaMP6s-expressing neurons 500 μm below pia of a transgenic mouse. The corrective wavefront is obtained at the image location.
