Description
English: Video 2 Optical section through CLARITY MBP-labeled mouse brain. 1500 µm thick sagittal optical section near the midline showing many of the major myelinated white matter tracts used for comparison in this study. White matter in the cerebellum and brainstem (not quantified in this study) were also visibly labeled by MBP antibody.
