Summary

[edit]
Description
English: One-dimensional diffusion of Minus13 myosin V on microtubules. Cy3-labeled myosin V Minus13 (bright particles) was infused into a flow cell containing surface-attached Atto 488-labeled microtubules (dim filaments). Assay was performed in 25 mM KCl. Excitation wavelength was 532 nm and representative image sequences were false-colored. This movie (272 frames) was recorded at 5 frames s−1 and is displayed at three-fold speed. Scale bar represents 2 µm.
