English: Additional file 3 Movie 3, PIP2 dynamics associated with a retracting wave . This is a continuation of Movie 2, showing increase of the PIP2 label in the external area behind the actin wave. The position of the line scan is adjusted according to the direction of wave propagation. Frame-to-frame interval 1 s.
