Description
Svenska: Slaghuvud, l: ca 130 mm bestående av fyra (urspr. sex) ca 5 mm tjocka och 99 mm höga slagblad av grågrön jaspis, radiellt utåtriktade från en cylindrisk stomme. Slagbladen släta med raka kanter, mittpartiet trubbvinkligt utstående. På båda sidor ornering med ett ytmönster av smala bladrankor i påslaget guld, rikt belagda med kistfattade rubiner. Slaghuvudets stomme överklädd med guldplåt, graverade med bladmotiv, huvudsakligen i kryssmönster. Upptill på stommen en kupig knapp, emaljerad i ljusblått och indelad i sex fält, åtskilda medelst raka ränder i guld, i varje fält en rubin fattad i guldkista. På knappens överdel en större rubin infattad som de övriga. Nedanför slaghuvudet en slät, 9 mm bred ring av jaspis i samma färg som slagbladen, ringen ornerad med smala bladrankor i påslaget guld. Utmed ringens övre och nedre kant en bård av guld med enkel, graverad dekor.

Skaft, l: ca 660 mm, obetydligt avsmalnande uppåt. Stomme av trä, överklädd med guldplåt, som i sin helhet är graverad med ett tätt ytmönster av blad- och blomrankor mot botten i niello. Skaftets övre ände med en smal, något utstående ring, anslutande till slaghuvudets krage. Dess nedre ände kupig och av material och utsmyckning som skaftet i övrigt (detta nedre beslag söndrigt).
