[edit]DescriptionCumulative energy-related per capita carbon dioxide emissions between 1850-2008 for 185 countries.png |
English: This is a bar graph showing cumulative energy-related per capita carbon dioxide emissions between the years 1850 and 2008. "Per capita" means average emissions per person. Carbon dioxide emissions are measured from fossil fuel and cement production (World Resources Institute (WRI), 2011b, p.12), and excludes emissions from land-use change and forestry. The data used to produce the bar graph is available in WRI (2011c). WRI (2011a and 2011b) contain information on how emissions data was produced.
