Description
English: Сonfocal image of cortical microtubules net in epidermal cells of transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana hypocotyls expressing green fluorescent protein fused with microtubules-binding domain. (GFP-MBD). Image was obtained on the platform of laser scannig confocal microsope LSM 720 META (Carl Zeiss, Germany) at the Centre of the Region Haná for Biotechnological and Agricultural Research, Šlechtitelů, Olomouc, Czech Republic. Laser line 405 for DAPI stain, Ar 488 for GFP signal. The sum image represents maximum intensity projection of Z-stacks series. Scale bar: 20 uM.
