English: Сonfocal image of cortical (transverse arrays) and mitotic microtubules (phragmoplasts; green signal from anti-tubulin antibody conjugated with Alexa Fluor 488) and nuclei (blue signal from DNA stained with DAPI) in root meristem cells 4-day old Arabidopsis thaliana (Col-0) visualized by whole-mount tubulin immunolabeling (Komis and Šamaj, 2014). Image was documented with a Zeiss 710 confocal laser scanning microsope (CLSM) platform (Carl Zeiss, Germany) at the Centre of the Region Haná for Biotechnological and Agricultural Research, (Olomouc, Czech Republic) by the research fellow of the "Institute of Food Biotechnology and Genomics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" (Kyiv, Ukraine). Laser line used for GFP exitation – Ar 488 nm, for DAPI – 405 nm. Scale bar: 20 um. |

Конфокальна мікрофотографія кортикальних (поперечні тяжі) та мітотичних мікротрубочок (фрагмопласти; зелений сигнал від анти-тубуліну, кон’югованого з барвником Alexa Fluor 488) та ядра (ДНК; блакитний сигнал від DAPI) у клітинах меристеми головних коренів чотириденних проростків Arabidopsis thaliana (Col-0), візуалізованих за допомогою техніки whole-mount tubulin immunolabeling (Komis and Šamaj, 2014). Зображення отримано за допомогою лазерного скануючого конфокального мікроскопа Zeiss 710 (Carl Zeiss, Germany) у Центрі біотехнологічних та сільськогосподарських досліджень регіону Хана (м. Оломоуц, Чеська Республіка) науковим співробітником ”Інститут харчової біотехнології та геноміки НАН України” (м. Київ, Україна). Для збудження флюорофору GFP використано аргоновий лазер з довжиною хвилі 488 нм. Масштаб мікрофотографії: 20 мкм.
