Een paar zilveren broekstukken, gedragen door een man of jongen in streekdracht, als sluiting van de broeksboord. Dergelijke broekstukken werden gedragen door mannen en jongens op Urk en op Zuid-Beveland. Ze zijn vervaardigd door Cornelis Rietveld in Schoonhoven. Op de verbindingsring staat de jaarletter A van 1885. De voorstelling wordt op verschillende manieren geïnterpreteerd: Judas ontvangt de 30 zilverlingen van het Sanhedrin (Mattheus 26: 15-16), Salomo's oordeel (1 Koningen 3:16-28), Jozef voor de Farao (Genesis 41) of Esther voor Ahasveros (Esther 5:1-13). |
