Description
English: I-84 between Troutdale and Hood River chains are required for vehicles over 10000 GVW or towing from milepost 13 to 64. . If you are traveling in this area, chain up before you get to the chain restriction area somewhere off the highway. We are seeing a high volume of vehicles blocking travel lanes to put chains on. Drivers should expect a 2+ hour delay due to high volumes of traffic and extreme weather conditions. Please help us keep I-84 moving for those who must travel.
