Description
English: W.H. Bradley 1929; plate 44-A; Polished vertical section of a compound algal head consisting of many small heads, each of which represents a single colony of Chlorellopsis coloniata Reis., these minor bands rest upon a zone of spongy algal deposit, which is separated from another similar zone below by a finely banded inorganic agate like zone; natural size.
