English: Supplementary Movie 5 Time-lapse videomicroscopy was performed from 24 h p.i. with CTL2 (MOI 0.5)
using MCF7 p53-Venus reporter cells expressing pMT-p53-Venus and pEF1α-mCherry-53BP1 imaged in the presence of 10 μM/ml CPAF-inhibitor peptide. Infected cells are denoted by the inclusions evident in brightfield. As reported previously, application of this peptide led to rapid induction of non-apoptotic cell death in CTL2-infected cells, severely attenuating the duration videomicroscopy could be performed. The interval between frames captured was 20 min and the duration is as indicated. Playback speed is 10 frames per second. |
