Description
English: Cell detachment during application of Shear in PBS+Mg2+Ca2+ conditions. Cells cultured on fibronectin were imaged for 5 minutes at 10x magnification in the linear shear stress flow chamber during application of ∼400 dynes/cm2 shear in presence of Mg2+ and Ca2+.
