Capilla de la Encarnación del Señor. El retablo es de Martín Moreno y reja de Juan de Palacios son del 1636-1638. Escultura de Francisco de Ocampo con policromía de Baltasar Quintero.
Capilla de la Inmaculada o de la Concepción Chica, patrocinada por doña Gerónima de Zamudio para su lugar de enterramiento y el de su esposo el jurado don Francisco Gutiérrez de Molina. La dirección de las obras es contratada con Juan Martínez Montañés (1627), altar que preside la soberbia imagen de la Inmaculada (la cieguecita), con policromía de Francisco Pacheco. Queda finiquitada en 1631.
