Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Endocytosis of Alexa Fluor 488-labeled dCyaA-KP. J774A.1 cells grown on glass bottom microwell dishes were incubated for 20 minutes at 37°C with 5 µg/ml of Alexa Fluor 488-labeled dCyaA-KP. Toxoid endocytosis was followed for 3 to 20 minutes of incubation by in vivo cell imaging using an Olympus Cell R IX 81 microscope equipped with a 60×/1.35 oil objective (UPlanSApo). Video sequences were processed using ImageJ software, RGB 512×512 pixels, MPEG-4 video, Xvid compression, 2 frames per second.
