Description
English: Diazo-2 loaded wild-type sperm before and after UV flash. The cell was gently tethered to the glass surface by lowering the BSA concentration (0.3 mg/ml). The recording was performed using an epifluorescent microscope (IX71; Olympus) equipped with a 10× objective (UPLSAPO; NA 0.4) and additional 1.6× lenses. Frames were acquired at 95 fps using a back-illuminated EMCCD camera (DU-897D; Andor Technologies).
