Magyar: : Földszintes ház. Része a Bezerédi u. 1-27. és 2-24 szám közötti szakasza között található városképi jelentőségű területnek, azonosító: -795. Séner-ház épületdíszei (Avagy: Bodnár-ház épületdíszei) Hans Petschnig (tervező), 1889.
A ház eredetileg a német származású Séner család tulajdona volt. Séner Ferenc elemi iskolai tanító, Séner János a leánygyermekek tanítója, orgonista, zenetanár, a Szekszárdi Dalárda alapító tagja volt. szeki.hu. A Bezerédj (egykor Német) utcai Bodnár-féle házat Hans Petschnigg [i.e. Petschnig] bécsi, később gráci műegyetemi építész tervezte. Bodnár István (1863-1945) író, költő, lapszerkesztő a ház leghíresebb lakója. De itt lakott a Szekszárdi mise c. kisregény főhőse is, akinek alakját Baka István Séner Jánosról mintázta, Székely Ferenc megyei főlevéltáros és más neves szekszárdi is. - A szinte túldíszített lakóház homlokzatán párkány felett a magasban szabadon szemlélhető a négy reneszánsz művész - Michelangelo Buonarroti, Raffaello Sanzio, Leonardo da Vinci és Albrecht Dürer - portréja. - Tolna megye, Szekszárd, Betzerédj utca 5
