Description
English: The Octagonal School at Birmingham Friends Meetinghouse and Octagonal School, which are jointly listed on the NRHP in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The meeting house was the center of fighting during the Battle of the Brandywine in 1777. The school, about 10 yards away, was built later than the battle.
