Nederlands: Een Engels gezelschap van marine ingenieurs (Naval Architects ?) olv Sir Archibald Dewy brengt, vergezeld van hun echtgenotes, een bezoek aan Vlissingen. Zij bezichtigen de stad en een dorp in de omgeving, maken een vaartocht door de haven en rijden per tram door de straten van Vlissingen.
An English company of marine engineers (Naval Architects?), accompanied by their wives and lead by Sir Archibald Dewy, pay a visit to Vlissingen. Div. shots aankomst van schip, pan langs boven- en benedendek met wachtende passagiers die schip vervolgens via loopplank verlaten. Straatshot met delegatie Naval Architects en div. shots hotel met passerende bussen. Div. shots bezoek van gezelschap aan: - stadhuis oa poseren bij bordes; - vissersbuurt waar oa was over straat hangt; - boulevard en haven; - dorpskern naburig dorp met huizen en kerk achter duinen.
