Description
English:
The former Nortwestern Bastion of the Szécsény Castle in the Upper garden of the former Forgách mansion now Kubinyi Museum. The castle remodelled (castle material reused) in the 18th century to mansion - Ady Endre Street, Szécsény, Nógrád County, Hungary.
Magyar:
A szécsényi vár északnyugati sarokbástyája. A kastély egyik kerítéskapuja felől nézve. A volt Forgách-kastély felső kertjének nyugati részén. A vár anyagából épült a kastély. A sarokbátyát kilátónak átépítették a 20. sz.ban 2024-ben nem volt látogatható. Lakásnak is használták az épületet (forrás: helyi lakos). Az alsó része 'régi' 18. sz? v. régebbi? - 'Forgách-kastély (Kubinyi Ferenc Múzeum)' műemlék azonosító: 6807, törzsszám: 5928 - Része 'A várfalak és várbástyák, a ferences templom és a Forgách-kastély műemléki környezete' műemléki terület része azonosító: 6804, törzsszám: 6850 - Nógrád vármegye, Szécsény, Ady Endre utca 7, helyrajzi szám: 106, 155/2, 155/1.
