BAKKEN VAN HET SOLDATENKUCH; Weekjournaal van Polygoon Hollands Nieuws van week 51 uit 1939.; De produktie van kuch voor het leger in een bakkerij te Den Haag. SHOTS: - ruimte waar deeg in grote mengkommen mechanisch wordt gekneed; - artillerie-officier keurt deeg; - cu deeg in mengkom; - stukken deeg worden in bak gegooid, waarna ze in een machine tot ballen worden gevormd; - deegballen worden in bakken over traject gestuurd en door andere machine platgewalst; - lappen deeg worden opgerold, door mannen in bakblikken gedaan en in oven geplaatst; - gebakken kuch wordt uit oven gehaald en op karren weggevoerd.
