Description Schönheide im Erzgebirge: Im Bürsten- und Heimatmuseum Schönheide war anlässlich des 450jährigen Bestehens des Hammerwerks in Schönheiderhammer vom 30. April bis 16. Oktober 2016 eine Sonderausstellung mit dem Titel „Ununterbrochen: 450 Jahre Eisenwerk Schönheiderhammer“ zu sehen. Sie zeigte Exponate zur Geschichte und Entwicklung, Beispiele für Produkte wie Bleche aus der Zeit vor der Einführung der Walztechnik (mit dem besonderen Beispiel der noch im 21. Jahrhundert vorhandenen zweiflügligen Außentür des Hauses Hauptstraße 20 in Schönheide, um 300 Meter vom Museum entfernt), Gussteile wie Öfen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Stiefelknechte, Weihnachtsbaumständer sowie Autoteile wie für den in der DDR hergestellten Personenkraftwagen Trabant, Werkzeuge, Fallen, Schlösser und Beschläge, Weiß- und Schwarzbleche, aus denen in der Zeit vom 17. bis 19. Jahrhundert in Schönheide und Umgebung in protoindustrieller Fabrikation Rohre, Töpfe, Pfannen und andere Gebrauchsgegenstände gefertigt wurden. Außerdem wurden Gemälde, Grafiken, Fotos, Erläuterungen und Übersichten gezeigt.
