Description
English: Mitosis in a TACC3 DEL DT40 cell transfected with GFP-tubulin showing a multipolar spindle. Images were acquired by time-lapse confocal microscopy using a spinning-disc confocal system (PerkinElmer). Frames were recorded every 3 min.
