Description
English: The Arthur E. Premm Learning Center, a school building along Suffolk County Road 85 (Montauk Highway) in Oakdale, New York. Normally this is one of those schools built along Montauk Highway east of what is today the "Oakdale Merge" that has given me a sense that they just truly belong there, and since this one is in Oakdale, you'd expect it to be the first of these schools. Originally this was the Oakdale Elementary School, until it was taken over by B.O.C.E.S., and converted into a school for kids with "special needs," or what parents and school boards THINK are "special needs" in some cases.
