English: This image of 1853 depict the work of "arrieros" (mule drivers). This activity was a very important one in the trade development between Mexican and American towns around XVII, XVIII and XIX centuries. This is a Public Domain Image from the book Mexico, Aztec, Spanish and Republican: A Historical, Geographical, Political, Statistical and Social Account of that Country of author Brantz Mayer.
