Deutsch: Bikuspide angelegte Aortenklappe, die wegen einer schweren Insuffizienz durch eine Operation behandelt werden musste. Zwei der drei Taschen sind miteinander verwachsen (fusioniert); man sieht die Schließdefekte im Zentrum der Klappe, bedingt durch eine Überdehnung der fusionierten Tasche.
