Description
English: Positive ( = control) trailing bioassay. A hexane extract of Dufour's glands (DG) from saline injected workers was applied to the trailing bioassay curve marked ‘T’ (10 µL of a 0.001 DG equivalent extract). Positive trailing behavior is indicated here by the ants readily following the experimental Control trail.
