Description
English: Interaction between DCs and parasite cysts. A representative time-lapse sequence (30 µm stack) showing the CD11cYFP cells within the brain scanning the surface of PruOVA tomato cysts (day 21 post infection). OT1GFP T cells that were transferred prior to infection can also be seen within these regions. Second harmonic structures can be visualized in blue.
