Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 An example of a HeLa cell subjected to KANSL1 siRNA exhibiting misaligned chromosomes. Live cell imaging of a typical mitotic defect exhibited following KANSL1 knockdown. HeLa cells co-expressing GFP-tubulin and H2B-mCherry were used. Time lapse was acquired using a 63X objective, with a stack taken every 3 minutes. The movie is presented as a maximum intensity projection of ten slices. The movie is played at 20 frames per second. Time indicated is in minutes
