English: Photobleaching of Hem-1 Waves Control Hem-1-YFP–expressing cells (pre-polarized in uniform chemoattractant) rapidly recover fluorescence intensity following photobleaching, indicating rapid exchange of membrane-bound Hem-1 with the cytosolic pool. This video corresponds to Figure 3A.
