English: Cells expressing Sla1-GFP (KAY733) were incubated with FM4-64FX for 5 minutes and imaged. Exposure 0.5 sec for each fluorophore. Time lapse of recording 1 frame/2 seconds. Movie shows at 1 frame/0.2 seconds.
