Description
English: All possible secondary chords of the dominant (C) in F major. III+ is from harmonic minor and vio is from melodic minor. There is no II/V, III/V, or VI/V (but there is iio/V, ♭III/V, ♮III+/V, ♭VI/V, and vio/V).
  • Functions in major: I, ii, iii, IV, V, vi, viio.
  • Functions in natural minor: i, iio, ♭III, iv, v, ♭VI, and ♭VII.
  • Functions in harmonic minor: i, iio, ♭III+, iv, V, ♭VI, and ♮viio.
  • Melodic minor: i, ii, ♭III+, IV, V, ♮vio, ♮viio, i, ♭VII, ♭VI, v, iv, ♭III, iio, and i.
