Description
English: Colocalization of DiD-labeled ASFV with Rab5+ endosomes. Transfected COS-1 cells expressing Rab5-gfp (green) were infected with DiD-labeled ASFV particles (red) and analyzed by time-lapse fluorescence at 10–20 mpi. The blue arrowheads indicate transport of ASFV particles inside Rab5+ endosomes. Bar, 10 μm.
